Palm Reader ("we", "us", "our") operates a Telegram bot (@palmreader_bot) that provides AI-powered palm reading for entertainment purposes. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

When you use Palm Reader, we may collect the following data:

• Telegram user ID and chat ID — provided automatically by the Telegram platform when you interact with the bot. We do not collect your phone number, last name, or any data not shared by Telegram.
• Language preference — the language you select within the bot.
• Palm photos — images you send to the bot for analysis.
• Payment information — records of Telegram Stars transactions (amount, date, status). We do not process or store credit card or bank details — all payments are handled by Telegram.
• Referral data — if you joined via a referral link, we store which user referred you.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Generate readings — your palm photo is sent to the OpenAI Vision API to produce your personalized reading.
• Deliver the service — we use your Telegram user ID to send you messages, readings, and notifications.
• Process payments — we record Telegram Stars transactions to manage your credit balance.
• Referral bonuses — we track referrals to award bonus credits.
• Improve the service — we may use anonymized, aggregated usage statistics.

3. Photo Handling

Your palm photo is transmitted to the OpenAI API solely to generate your reading. We do not build a gallery, dataset, or archive of user photos. Photos may be temporarily cached during processing but are not retained for long-term storage on our servers.

4. Third-Party Services

• Telegram — the platform through which you interact with the bot and make payments. Telegram's own Privacy Policy applies to data they collect.
• OpenAI — provides the AI model used to analyze palm images and generate readings. OpenAI's Privacy Policy applies to data processed through their API.

5. Data Retention

Your account data (Telegram user ID, language preference, credit balance, payment history) is retained for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted database connections and secure API communication. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

Palm Reader is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Withdraw consent at any time by stopping use of the bot.
