These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Palm Reader Telegram bot (@palmreader_bot) and the website palmreader.me (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Palm Reader ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Palm Reader is an AI-powered palm reading service delivered through Telegram. You send a photo of your palm, and our AI generates personalized insights about personality, career, relationships, and more. The Service is provided strictly for entertainment purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Palm Reader, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you comply with Telegram's Terms of Service.

3. Readings and Disclaimer

All readings generated by Palm Reader are for entertainment only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, legal, or any other professional advice. You should not make life decisions based solely on the content of a reading. We make no claims about the accuracy or predictive power of any reading.

4. Payments and Credits

• Palm Reader offers a free initial reading (Life Line). Additional readings require credits.
• Credits are purchased using Telegram Stars, Telegram's built-in payment system. All payment processing is handled by Telegram.
• Credits are digital content delivered immediately upon purchase. Once a reading has been generated and delivered, that transaction is non-refundable, in accordance with Telegram's digital goods policy.
• Unused credits remain in your account and do not expire.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing credit balances are not affected by price changes.

5. Referral Program

You may earn bonus credits by referring new users through your personal referral link. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time. Abuse of the referral system (fake accounts, self-referrals) may result in forfeiture of bonus credits and account suspension.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Send images that are not photos of a palm (inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content).
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the Service.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free readings or referral bonuses.
• Resell or commercially redistribute readings generated by the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

• The readings generated for you are yours to keep and share as you wish.
• The Palm Reader name, logo, branding, website design, and underlying technology are our property and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on readings.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control, without prior notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For significant changes, we will notify users through the bot.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, any unused credits may be forfeited.
